Map Lights? The light above your head

My car make fun of it as you will. (changes to come)
But anyway I'm to be replacing the interior map light as its died lol. Check all fuses and such and it is the bulb.

So I want to change it obviously. But the underlying colour of the car is red, as shown in the picture ! So two questions:
1: what bulbs are they that fit into mk2 dynamic map light?
2: should I get white or red LEDs?

I like idea of reds but worried might look a bit naff. (no jokes about my car looking naff all ready lol)

Yeah dont go red

they are the same lamps as your sidelights aswell, t10 w5w.
