Marks around rear window!

Hi, I have some discolouration around my rear window, just wondering if there is anything I can do to reduce how much they stand out?

I am seeing this on my front glass.

Looks like delamination....

Tinting your windows is the only plaster you could put on that, most likely a poor quality screen.
