In the Mult-Storey of the Meadows in Chelmsford Essex today. Blue 182 with the grey wheels. If car park spaces are like this | | | | | | U were like this / next to a concrete pole, lol. Plate was SP55ZZ* something I think? Or similar.

Yeah, drive a blue 197 with seriously dark tints. It's like permanently night time! Where were you then?
