Depends what you think mean is, ph1s have a pretty aggressive aged looking front end but I wouldn't look at one and think it was 'mean'. Older cars tend to look more aggressive due to the lines.

I think ph1 need wheel spacers on the front to look right, they look too "narrow track" otherwise.
