Measuring spacer bolts help please

I'm getting 4 new spacer bolts now I'm unsure where you measure for the length is it the whole bolt length or just the thread you measure??

I know there m12x1.25x???

It's 25mm bolt to hub spacers btw

Just the shaft of the bolt, so from the end to where the taper of the head starts

The bit that says 33mm in that pic, that's what you want to measure.
