Medal Of Honour - Warfighter

  Not a 320d
Released October this year apparently. Ive not heard much about this. Lets hope they dont f**k it up like they did with 2010's MOH. Looks as though it could be good. Having said that so did 2010 MOH.

I feel for the hype with the last MOH, shant be doing that again. Battlefield 3 shall keep me going for the forseable future.

The last MOH was like BF to me and when that came out I was more into COD.

Now I like BF again, I might give this a go. But with all the DLC due for BF I'll probably not have time to play this, lol.

Just spotted some pics and a new vid from EA's twitter.
I really liked the last MoH, only played the campaign though. I will be getting this when it's released.

I wish they'd release a WWII shooter again. Go back to BF/COD/MOH roots. Why constantly all this modern stuff?

+2.

Call of Duty 2 and Battlefield 1942 were the golden era for FPS for me. The closest they came recently was World at War which was good :)

Exactly the same as me mate!
Still go on Call of Duty 2 every now and then. There's quite a few decent servers still about with modded community maps.
But used to love El Alemein(?).
Similarly with BF1942. Brilliant game. Kinda the first game you could get into tanks/vehicles! Loved it.

All seems to have gone modern now with the success of Call of Duty Modern Warfare :(

100% awesome. It had a very gritty feel to it, and excellent gunplay. Very engrossing. On a slightly different level to more mainstream CoD style stuff.

I'n in for MoH 2012.

Agreed.

I thought it was a good mix of an Arcady COD type FPS and Bad Company 2.

LOVED the single player too.

That mission where you're taking cover in the house being attacked from both sides was immense.

The sounds of your guys shouting and getting more desperate and the cover wing blown away was brilliant.

Sweaty palm moment for sure then POW! Apache to the rescue!

The one where the enemy are coming down the hill?

Amazing. One of the best missions of any game imho. So involving, and you got a real feeling of pressure and urgency from it.

Yeah that one.

I just remember the sound being amazing too!

Yeah that was alpha. You really feel in genuine peril during that fight. The sniper missions were also pretty awesome, and felt far more technically authentic than the 'hold shift to steady' approach of most other shooters.

Yeah, personally I thought the sniper missions were a little tedious and boring.

Guess it's what you personally enjoy. I like a mission to be pretty hectic and chaotic, holding out in that house was brilliant, would've been better if there was an option to fall back once or twice, like where you can choose to make a run for it.
