megane gt engine into a Clio 172.

Right I've been having a read on the internet but have yet to find what I'm after.
A mk 2 megane GT is 165hp but it's an f4rt what are the differences between it and an rs megane (225) ?

I'm sure it's turbo'd but why the lack of power compared to the rs? It's the same engine, is it just software? Or are there components which are different?

Sorry, was getting mixed up. Going off the Laguna gt it's a smaller turbo, smaller injectors, map, think cams are the same and people will say compression ratio is different. Apparently when I was looking into them it's meant to be slightly higher cr, think 9.5:1?
