memory on my pioneer system

wonder if someone can help me just got a pioneer deh-p70bt every time i switch the car off or take the face off the memeory wipes everything. does anyone know which wire needs connecting or what could be the problem.

Swap your red and yellow wires over.

Sounds like there is no permanent live. Red or yellow wire.

As said. Pop your radio out and swap the red and yellow wires round. Should be connectors to do this already on your harness.
