metallic black

if im getting a spoiler sprayed this colour in a body shop...

What colour code is it? or do i just say metallic black, i dont have a clue, its the renault metallic black..........

im terrible at this stuff, thanks!

If its the same colour as your car then the bodyshop will be able to find out for you. Hardly anyone knows what the paint code for their car is....

if the bodyshop is half decent they will be able to match the paint without you saying a word.

The paint code is on the oval plate/ vin plate on drivers door pillar.

As far as I am aware, there are about four different blacks. Isnt there a metal plate under the bonnet with the paint code? The body shop knows exactly where to look for the code.

no, the paint code is on the inside of the door pillar, not under the bonnet

Its 676. On your oval plate it will have a more detailed number/letter.

Its the second number on the right within the oval itself (drivers b pillar)

There is also a smallish printed tag that should be included with your grey Renault welcome pack (radio instructions etc. etc.), this lists the paint code also.

The latest renault range dont do metallic black, Pearlescent black only.

its a 1.2 16 v unfortunetly, but its the metallic black and its 03 plate...

Mines an 02 plate Dyanmique, and it is definitely metallic. And its called Pearl Black. As is my colleagues 52-plate Laguna.
