Does anyone know what motherboards/processors run Mac OSX smoothly?

Just thinking about building a micro tower/shuttle style PC that can run MAC os X.

Only wanna use it as media/download server.

i've got a gigabyte GA-EG45M-DS2H for sale if it'll work with Mac OSX

should work well in a media pc
