Microsoft Windows Live Safety Center

Typical Microsoft though... Read the T&C's as it uploads your system info back to Microsoft.

From their site, for anyone who can't find it...

Is Microsoft going to collect personal information when I do a scan?
No. At the end of a scan, you have the option to share your results with Microsoft, which will help us improve the Windows Live Safety Center scanner. If you elect to share your results with us, all reported information is anonymous. No personal information is collected. Get more details about what information is shared... click here: http://safety.live.com/site/en-US/article/datacollect.htm

This page states what they collect, and why and how it is relevant.

IMHO theres nothing here which I would found objectional but if you want to double check i'd read this first as Griff correctly pointed out.
