Microsoft Word Problem

Im havin a problem on microsoft word 2003, when i press enter it puts in two line breaks instead of just going to the next line.

I have had this happen before and cant remember what i did to fix the problem. I had a look on google and couldnt find anything so i thought id ask on here.

Anyone got any info? for the moment im having to use shift+enter to get to the next line.

Have you checked the paragraph settings? Right click the main page and check it's not on double line spacing.

If you cannot sort it in the options and that...

you can make do with just pressing shift and enter and it will take it down just one...

If shift and enter is working then somewhere it is set to HTML format.

yeah checked the paragraph settings it wasnt double spaced.

seems to have corrected itself now again mind :S
