Middo's Yellow Submarine Gets Its First PC

  VRS
Well mark brought the yellow sub round this morning so we could attempt to prep the paintwork ready for fcs! the forecast was good so we set to work :D

the yellow sub hasn't had a proper clean in its 7 year life so the task was set :)

mark came round at 9 and we set to work

our cleaning line up was:

wash
clay (using sonus green, clean and shiny clay and megs clay)
ssr 2.5 with pc
srp with pc
vanilla moose wax with pc
exp by hand
victoriawax by hand

the pics:

the sub all taped up (racing blue stylee) after its claying

and finally after 7 hours, 2 brews, a chicken tikka wrap and a sunburnt neck and face, we have the finished article, the rains were coming so the final pics are a bit soggy lol

mines next on the pc agenda :D although judging by the weather it will be a while till we do it :(

mines on the agenda this weekend but i have a feeling the weather will be piss poor, not that i will achieve much my ph 1 being titanium and all.

yep thats y we did marks 2day, its forecast torrential rain nationwide for saturday and they rekon the rains going to stay until mid july :(

im not going to fcs and im on holiday for 2 weeks in july so theres not as much as a rush for mine so will probably do it in august

^^ 50-200

 how much  u tryin to give me a heart attack lol, if its that much for the service ye how much is everything then? inc, buffer pad, clay and the rest

if you have a look on detailing websites the stuff we go through does cost, and as andy says, it takes 7 or so hours. so even at tenner an hour it costs!!

i usually do 75, 85 if you want a specific wax :)

cant thank andy enough for this for his 7hours or graft in exchange for some polished bits (youll get them soon ;)) got the car home and gave it a quik detail as im sad and my god it looks mint compared to before.

no offence to andys photo skills but it looks 10x better in real life than in those pics lmao.
