Milltek Cat-Back Exhaust Fitting

Hi, I've had a Milltek cat-back exhaust on my Clio 182 for about 3 years now and I'm very happy with it but there does seem to be one issue.

The gasket fitting between the cat and the Milltek system has been blowing recently and on closer inspection, doesn't seem to be a standard fitting.

I'm a little confused about this so just wanted to double check, what fittings should I used to replace the blown gasket?
