mirror adjusting work even without a key ?

Just wanted to know if this is ok: I can adjust my wing mirrors even if my ignition is switched off. Is this is right ?

99% sure none of the 3 i've had didn't let me do it without the ignition or at least the accessory feed on. May differ in different markets I wouldn't worry about it.

is your battery draining? if not there isnt really a problem is there ?

happens on both my megane and clio, so i do not bother since it is not draining my battery
