Mis-fire again

Well went away and now it back with avengence. All i can describe it that its like a rev limiter that moves around the top half of the rev range. Some times it comes in at 5.1k then other times i can see the dizzying hight of 6.5k.

I'm starting to feel its not fueling since its on and off.

Could it be my coil pack not charging in time? Since at my electircal system is piss poor as in running 10v max.

Sounds like an earthing lead or alternator I'd fix the power at the moment.
