Misfire/Air rushing back out. Think a Spark plug has popped out

ph2 182, serviced roughly 4000 miles ago (at a garage before i bought it).

Driving up to work on Sunday (roughly a 80 mile journey all motorway). got less than a mile away from the house and heard a loud bang and engine power dropped, still runs but definitely feels like its only on 2 cylinders.

My guesses are spark plug has popped out, but I will be investigating tonight.

Does anybody have any ideas on what would be needed if it has popped out and stripped the thread?

Thanks, any idea on size? And then I'm assuming the spark plug size will change?

nope, you get them for the size of plug.
