Misfire and rough idle. Please help me...

Hey guys. In need of a little help. Coming to completion on thw build of my clio but cant sort a rough idle and slight misfire. When revving from idle the revs drop before raising. Idle is quite lumpy too. Compression test shows all 4 cylinders between 195-200 after cylinder head rebuild and new valves. Cleaned injectors and tested resistance on injectors. All at 15 ohms. Had new spark plugs and leads. No codes coming in atm. Running lightweight billet flywheel, ac and pas delete and lightweight pulleys. Decat with o2 spacer. Anybody got any ideas?? Check cam timing as it has to be knacker, and check map sensor o rings as they can leak, if all good stick a new set of injectors in and reset the adaptives. Mine was the same, replaced all ign bits with no joy, stuck a new set of injectors in and was great after that.

Thanks for your reply brigsy. Ive checked timing. With crank pinned, cams are both spot on. I did replace the dephaser pulley, are you aware of how to fit them, wasnt sure if there was any special way of setting them up. Ive got a set of injectors on way to test and a coil.

No special way of setting dephaser, If new it just needs to be checked its locked, then fitted. They are usually locked from new iirc.

Thanks brigsy. I couldnt remember as i built the engine up probably 18 months ago. Only just getting round to actually running and trying to sort this misfire, wasnt sure if there was anything special i shouldve done. I can't find anything
