Missfiring 172!!

Hi,

I have had a problem for a while with my 172 missfiring. A couple of months ago my coil pack went and it was on 3 cylinders.

I changed the coilpack along with NGK plugs. The car seemed to be okay again until i drove a few miles. Once the car heats up it missfires again!!

This has been happening for a month or so and is really doing my head in. I cant understand why it runs perfectly when i just start it and its cold.

Could it possibly be the leads or a duff coil pack again??

find out which cylinder its on first then go from there

could be either plug lead or another faulty pack or even a bad connection

Not much to look for, pack and/or leads.

leads? my coilpack went on my old ph2, then did the same thing as yours. a cheap set of leads from a local factors sorted it out

Might be better taking it in for a diagnostics check? Pin point the exact problem rather than throwing money on random parts as a process of elimination.
