Missing EML/Airbag/SERVICE lights!

The other say I discovered none of these lights worked on my newly purchased Clio!

As the clock bulb also needed doing, I removed the top dash and thought I'd have a quick look at what was going on

This is my discovery

I ran a scan on it, and the EML isn't even on!

So, my question is - are these SMD PLCC-2 3528s, and are they just white, with the colour coming from a filter on the speedo?

Believe they are coloured as the filter is clear. Hence how the LED dash conversions work.

Not sure on the size I'm afraid matey. New clocks? Look smaller than plcc-2 though
