Misted headlamp... warranty issue??

One of my new headlights keeps misting up and I can't really think of a solution to the problem. I've heard that if they mist-up there's not alot you can do.

Someone suggested I took the car to the dealers and complained, but although they are regular Clio headlights they weren't the ones fitted from new.

I guess the dealers probably wouldn't know they'd been changed, but I'm wondering if they'll just try and fob me off with the usual "It's normal/I wouldn't worry about it/there's nothing we can do" bo**ocks instead?

Anyone else been to the dealers with the same issue?

bring it back, theres damp getting in, the should replace it.

They aren't the ones fitted from new ... as in second hand headlights ?

I doubt you'll get any joy from the dealers if they aren't the headlights that were fitted originally .

worth a go mate, im sure you could get away with it, although my fog lamps did the same thing and they were not coverd

Well I'm gonna give it a go, they can only say no can't they... failling that I'll try and find a replacement headlamp!!

mine are and they mist, clear easy enough tho!
