usless as wel.
Power outputs maybe 5~10hp depends how good the engine is you may find stock your cars only 120hp not 137 it came out the factory with due to wear.

Power boost valves make very little difference on 172s, more than ecotecs mind you!

FSE's are a bit of a waste of time, although they can help to oversome worn parts. Personally speaking, if you're going at it from that angle you should be sorting the engine rather than trying to work around things by messing with fuel pressure.

Ecoteks = don't bother tho.
