Mines a 51 but is a 2002 model. I think there may have been a few early Y plates but there were also quite a few Y plate phase 1's.
I'm sure someone will confirm shortly.

June 2001 was the release for that phase. There are even a couple of 172 Mk2s of Y reg.

I ordered my Dyanmique 1.2 16v on the 30 June 2 weeks after the lauch and recieved it on the 8th November. doesnt seem to be that kinda wait this time as they have MK3s for sale at my local renault dealer.
