MK1 172 remap

I am thinking of getting an inlet manifold match from Ben at angel works and wondered how much a remap would cost to suit this mod! I also have an exhaust and decat!
Have people fitted the manifold themselves or do most get it done professionally?
What would it cost to get it done at a garage?

Your lookin 275ish for the map and is a must have with the inlets.

Custom remap is what you are looking for £450 or so from Chipwizards also RS tunning Pmurry on here does remapping for a good price which is recomended by others.

1 hour I think to fit.
