mk1 172 steering wheel

Does anybody know if the steering wheels in the 2000 and 2001 model differ. I have a 2000 model with suede like wheel. Does the 2001 have a leather wheel???

Pretty sure all the ph1 172 have teh same wheel the mk2 is leather

I have a mk1 V6 wheel, which is leather. Id happily sell it if youre interested.

Cheers for the offer, I have bought a new wheel for mine. Thats why I was asking as the new wheel is leathr, cost me £5.50 from ebay!!!

If its any help... the wheel on my exclusive was deffinately leather... i think the early 172s were suede/alcantera..
