Mk1 172s and Mk1 V6 Questions...

quick question, is the mk1 172 (silver) the same colour as the mk1 v6's in silver?

IF SO... will a mk1 172 bonnet fit a mk1 v6?

K-Tec only sold the one Carbon bonnet for both so yes.

I think they are the same silver, as iceburg was initially the only colour the 172 was available in, though they did release other colours over time, and then changed the silver from iceburg to another variant (titanium maybe?). Some of the early 172's had the same light alloy bonnet as the early V6's, so if you can find one, that'd be the one to go with!

Mk1 V6's and most Mk1 172's come in 647 Titanium.

All the Mk1 Vee's ive seen are Iceburg Silver. Most of the Mk1 172's are Titanium.
