Audi TT 225 Quattro
right this is gonna be done in 2 halfs as its gonna take me some time to the the whole thing. im going to be pcing my hybrid tomorrow so thought id get a few pics up now of what ive done today...
finished work early so went to halfords to buy some clay as i have'nt clayed it since fcs last year. being my daily runaround it tends to pick up alot of s**t and had what felt like sand embeded in the paint:nono:so knew it needed claying before a the pc touched it... my plan for today was wash and clay it so its all ready for tomorrow
arrived home and took a quick pic as it was dirty-ish, was covered in dust more than anything...
then got some cleaning bits out and got cracking with the new foam lance and snow foam stuff ( can't recommend snow foam enough, does about 90% of the cleaning for you:evil::approve
after a quick scrub down then towel dried was looking abit better
then was time to start claying, worst parts were bonnet and bootlid, felt like i was running my hand over a light sand paper at first hour or so later and every panel felt as smooth as glass also blacked the tyres while i was at it, so one less job lol..
thats it for tonight as time was getting on. plan for tomorrow is give it a going over with menzerna intensive polish on a polishing pad then menzerna final finish on a finishing pad followed by a few layers of p21 wax. will update the post with pic when its done:approve:
