how the f**k do u take them out ???

Remove stereo and surround, held in by 4 screws.
Will be a little bit of plastic just under controls to remove too,
Unscrew the 2 screws holding heater controls at the bottom,
Then you have to push them in slightly twist them down a bit and therell come out.
