Mk2 PH1/2 Light swap

I've taken the light off, unclipped the small plastic flap but the wires wont pull out. Where should i lever the wires to get them out?

Does each silver block come out with the wire?

Other side there are plastic tabs. Lift them up with a flat blade screwdriver an all will be revealed.

(Lift tab and pull wires out gently)

The silver block will come out yes.
