mk2, ph1 & ph2 light question!

I don't fully know the phases here, so please bear with me!...

I have a mk2 clio S reg, 1.4 RT!
my rear lights are completely red!
I have gathered mine is a phase 1? yeah?


Is a phase 2 the one with the different front grill and headlight shape?
and the rear lights have a white circle in the middle?

If so...

Will the rear lights from the phase 2 with the white circle fit directly onto my phase 1?
