Mk2 too Mk3?

Looking at the prices for Mark 3 Clios now, it is very tempting to make the switch.

I do love my Mk2, its never let me down atall - it's just ticked over 33500 miles which is not a great deal. However, looking at the prices of the Mark 3's - i could pick one up for about £1000 more... which isn't a great deal!

The main reason i am thinking about this is BioHazards car... its so nice slammed on its ass.

However, how does the Mark 3 compare to the 2?

I would like a 1.2 TCE for the low IG - but they seem to hold a premium over other models.

Anyone have any input?

R1XPH has had a 1.2 and a 1.2tce mk 3. to me a mk 3 seems to be a more sophisticated (sp) car, and im going to be honest here and say that i only like them in white (before rich got his TCE i hated the look of mk3s, but now his car has changed my mind)

I like the mrk 3, would get one if i could but just too expensive for me at the mo. I'd say stick with your mk2 for the mo, then upgrade after like another year when the price comes down a bit
