Mk3 Clio Extreme earth strap(s)??

My sister's clio has had an intermittent starting issue and also cut out once whilst driving.

The car was diagnosed and taken to a garage which turned out to be a faulty/loose/damaged earth strap, where is this located? Passenger side under the wheel arch?

The battery light also flashed aswell, what else should i check? There is no click from the starter and the car bump starts no problem?
