mk3 head unit

anyone know how to take it out?
was easy on my old corsa but there's nothing in the renault handbook thats of any use and i don't wanna damage it.
whats the best way to do it

pretty sure your need these -
http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/..._productId_176657_langId_-1_categoryId_165626
to get the original head unit out, just pop them down each side of the unit.
