Mobile problem

My Sanyo S750 has the answer phone symbol stuck on.

I've checked my voicemail 5 times now, been through all the options and when i come out the phone still thinks i have mail.

I've turned it on and off numerous times, left it off for hours and taken the sim card out and put it back in.

Had the phone 11 months now without a problem until this.

Not sure what else is left to try?

speak to your network provider to get them to clear the symobol, had that problem with t-mobile too, they sorted it!!!
