Mobile Ringtones Question

Is there any software i can use to cut mp3/wma tracks up to make my own custom ringtones or convert to necessary format acc i think?

You shouldn't have to convert it the AAC I think that's just the format Nokia use, use audacity to cut the track down but it'll be fine as a MP3.

yeah its easy to use
just open the program choose the file listen to the song add a start and end time press next and hey presto its done
