Mocal catch tank

Is an outlet pipe needed on the mocal catch tanks as they have a breathable cap?

No its not required, but on the other hand if you do run one it makes it less likely you'll get oil vapour on the outside of the tank from it coming out the breathable cap, so personally I tend to run one anyway.
