modded 2004 172 cup value?

What do you guys think the value would be for the following spec on a private sale:

March 2004 53 plate 172 cup with 20k mileage, modified to 200bhp atf on rolling-road, £14k bought new?

I'm thinking of buying one from a mate pretty soon, he's asked around the £10k mark.

As far as I can remember...
182 engine,
Group A race spec ecu,
7800 rpm rev limit,
Schrick rally cams,
Racing exhaust,
Coilover suspension,
Racing brake pads,
Lightweight aluminium vented bonnet,
New air intake, uprated Cams, Modified inlet manifold work to be
carried out soon for an estimated 211bhp.
Work carried out by Radbourne Racing and modified for the track.

He did mention some other stuff but I've got a bad memory.

Not my bag...rather buy a standard car.

I'm sure there are plenty of people who buy it though for around 9-10k as the spec does look good.

Cups were only about 11k new weren't they?

I remember being offered one of the last ones for £10700 new cash by a main dealer just before the 182's came out

I'd say 9k is about right to the right buyer
