jus bought a mint 172 cup.and wondered what air filter,exaust system and chip are best for sound and hp.
Also i found the cup really twitchy,any one found this and found a solution?

There naturally twitch depends how you drive check tyre pressure as that makes a difference.

Viper is the best but pricy, exhaust well thats down to preference many people go down the custom route. Yozzasport do a range but there quite noisy Ktec do a quietish one which is hidden.

Chip well custom remap is the bst for £350 from Yozzasport or chip wizards most people are running SMT piggy back units (£500 or so). The R-Sport ECU is popular but gains arn't huge and there not the best as there not custom made mapping for your car there just a bit more fueling.

It depends but 5~7hp.
The best value modification you can do is some manifold modification BenR and Hill Power do it for ~£130 and depending on the start of the standard manifodl you'll get between 4~10hp from it infact the problem can be manifold work plus filter and decat+exhaust the engine can run a bit lean so you realy need a remap.

suspention (coil overs ) and decent tyres best money you will spend on a cup
