Elephant are very cheap, Ive heard bad things about their customer serivce though, but touch wood that we wont need them!

i had major problems with elephants customer service. they renewed a policy without my authorisation, and when i faxed them a letter saying i wanted the policy to be cancelled, they fowarded it to Admiral who then cancelled the policy i had with them instead! i drove without insurance for 5 days without knowing. took weeks to get it sorted.

my mods next to nothing with bell. total of £100 extra for aftermarket exhaust, lowering, spoiler and alloys. well happy :)

DONT CRASH because their assessors dont know their arse hole from their ear hole. if its MODDED especially. If u ever have a bump, get your own assessor to check the car first hand. I had an accident in July and my car is still off the road, sat doing fook all!

hmmm...i've just switched from Admiral to Elephant (even tho they're the same company) and saved around £250 for the year. They are very cheap with mods but now i'm a little concerned... lol!

hmmmm.......i told elephant today that i would gladly spend twice as much on insurance with another company rather than go with them LOL

i had to cancel my policy with elephant on my valver because i had non standard alloys that were more than 2 inches bigger than standard.

I had 17 inch wheels on..........which is strange cos a valver has 15 inch alloys as standard, it didnt matter how much i tried to tell them, they said it had 14 inch as standard. They told me they wouldnt insure me.

it was like the little britain sketch.........."computer says nooooooooowwww"
