Mohave Bodykit

  EK4, 632 on black, Mk2Ph3
i wouldn't mind getting the 172 rear bumper but for the front...? dont really want the 172 front as i dont really want the replica look...
suggestions?

  Clio 172 ph2 + 990SM
bodykit and respray is gona work out a lot cheaper than a V6! love the arches on that widebody kit, only thing is the back is a bit boring

  Mondeo TXS Bardge.
that wide mohave is a phot shop by the looks of it for pics of one on a real clio look here http://www.girlracer.co.uk/gr2006/yourcars.htm is downt he page abit, in silver (i founds it on google images) IMO it looks gash, but to each there own, you need to spend alot of money to get any body kit to look good.

i hate the rear of that wide kit though its too blocky, and doesnt match the front.

Driven by someone called Cakewell...

Nuff said.

Awful - those 'ladies' (i'll use that word losely as I bet some look like geezers) do love their pink cars don't they

Actually there is some right sh*t on there lol !

lol oh right. guess i might save for a V6 kit then... but prefer not to have a replica look... and thanks jaff87, that mohave on that clio did look a bit s**t :p

Noooo, not a v6 kit lol. They meant save up & buy the real deal, a v6 kit will look utter turd unless it's done with the original panels.

Deffo, no (now that you've added the part about it having five doors)

To me kits on a five door look wrong.

:p what do i do now then? weld the back doors to make it 3 door ? haha :D
i wouldn't mind the mk2 172 rear but front, still working on something... and side skirts, just some plain straight ones?

lol help!! does anyone on this forum have a 5 door with a body kit on?
would like some names :) and pics :p

body kits an people on here do not come together eaily or very well as most dont like them but choose some thing that you will like or do like but make sure ya do like it as if ya dont youll regret it.

IMO - i quiet like the look of that kit but i would not have it myself though as i prefer how it looks on the sport models. You having the 1.2 range i can see why u want a kit.

In all fairness to the one on girl racing or whatever, It needs at least 18s on a Clio with a bodykit.

Do it if you want to, But bear in mind you will devalue you car and lose money. I've been there done that, I'll admit, I didnt just smack a bodykit on and leave it, I spent £££££'s makign a show car. When I sold uop, I lost thousands.

As a result, I drive an 04 1.2 Dynamique now instead of an E46 M3 or an Evo. Believe it or not, If I hadn't kitted my clio up, I'd have bee nable to have an M3 and still been better off each month.

Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it, And I'm glad I did it. But In the grand scheme of things, I urge you to keep it standard, And save your cash.

I know you are just thinking of a kit, But so was I, I only intended an off the shelf kit, By the time I finished the bodywork, I'd spent what a Clio v6 would cost on the outside itself!

  Black 1.2 Dynamique (54)
dont get the mohave body kit its looks awful its so over the top! girl at my college has got a body kit like that on her clio looks sooooo ridiculous

Na i sold that for a loss 2 years ago, Had to buy a metro for 12 months and save up to buy a Dynamique, Should be getting a 182 soon though if insurance is on at 21

the "wide" one looks shite. i think the first one looks decent enough, back bumper looks pretty good and subtle, front bumper not to everyones taste, but its simple enough.

maybe look at the super 1600 kit if you really wanna kit the clio?

i think the right colour, with some detailed touches it pisses over the v6 for styling

lad beside where i live has the mohave kit im not into ott kits unless from factory like a vxr, back bumper is nice and he had a carbon spoiler but i still pulled up beside him laughed at it.
i think modify the exterior is out of fashion now its all about tuning the engine
