Maybe around 2:30? Something had hit a bridge so police were diverting traffic off the a11 southbound. I was headed towards Norwich

Haven't got a clue what happened but half the barrier was missing on top, later on

Yeah, very strange, never seen anything like it! A bit of the barrier was hanging off so I guess they couldn't let people drive underneath!
