more drivers=cheaper insurance?

Just been getting some insurance quotes for my next car, i've got the mrs on, which seems to bring the insurance down a fair bit, now i'm thinking of adding my mum and dad, so will this bring my premium down or go up?

Had my parents on my policy for the last few years, saved a lot. Latest quote with Highway via Adrian Flux told me ading drivers wont cheapen the quote. Think it works with the everyday insurers and not the hot hatch/modded specialists.

i just put my mum on, 50 odd, full ncd etc, and it went up 300 quid?

Its fairly hit and miss, just get quotes with and without, then buy the cheapest

my quotes went up when I put my parents on a few months ago with a few companies, down with some others, and stayed the same with some! so yeah depends on the company, i know bell do discounts for experianced named drivers

i have the misses on mine, and the policy went up to £420! She won't drive it very often... but just in case i get pissed, i might need her Taxi Service!

With bell quotes I find adding my mum and nan makes saves the most money.
