Right, Joshydee has got me a JB1 to go in the car (I know its not the rigth box, but Im depsperate) and its come today. It will fit fine BUT spun the diff and input shaft and it sounds pretty f**king rough. If I push on the offside spline and spin it, it doesnt sound very healthy, like a knackered driveshaft would. I cant check mine as its in my brothers car but pretty sure it wasnt like that. Dont want to fit another shagged box so does anyone know if there should be any play in the offside spline (for and aft, not side to side), the input shaft (Only slight but my ild box was the same as I checked this) AND wether it should be smooth and silent when turning the input shaft by hand......
