More suspension problems

ok all i have sorted the tapping from the rear, dodgy renault zorst rubber! Now the problem is when turning left a get a creaking/straining noise coming from the rear left of the car. It does it more when straightening up after turning a left....any ideas please as i can have a look at sorting it over easter.

had a quick look tonight and cant see much wrong visably. Gave the back end a bounce and cant hear any squeeks or straining noises and the return from the shock seems fine.

Is there anything i should look for tomorrow when i have a proper look and jack it up???

not very mechanically minded i am afraid. How can i tell if its the wheel bearings? anti-roll bar etc?
