Morettes,need help connecting wires!





Has anybody fitted these or know how to wire up the inside of the 2 lights which are the main beam lights!!

I dont have just a white wire, i have a white with green stripe, red with a green stripe and a black which i know is the negative! But how do i connect them to the positive?

Sorry just not very good at electrics!!

yeh its the white one with green stripe that is the wire for the main beam u just wanna splice into that i assume

dont have em and never fitted em so couldnt really say u not get any destructions with em

Errr when I get my Clio back Ill have a look. I remember the instructions werent very clear on that point. But basically you want to splice a wire in so that when you switch your main beams on it triggers the inner pair of lamps AS WELL AS the outer normal lamps switching to main beam.

just thort on, the max power clio haynes manual has a section on fitting morettes if i remeber rightly, shud hav one at halfords

ill try an find the one i bought see if i can tell u a bit more info on fitting

right according to the haynes book the original lamp plug should go straight on the quads an there should be 2 spade connectors that go into the sidelight wiring plug

the white wire with green stripe goes to the yellow wire on the quads

the grey wire is an earth and needs earthing, there should be a wire with inline fuse that goes straight to the battery

its not rocket science hehe;)
