MOT Failure...... HELP

So the car went in for an MOT test today, had a feeling it would fail but not this badly

Anyway results are below:

Any ideas on the emissions? stupidly high amd they said that the exhaust being replaced will help but still wont get it within the limits :S Spark plugs? lamda sensors?

Tbh that's minimal. Check the rear calipers, make sure they are free and everything moves

Emissions is precat lambda. 100%.

TBF the vast majority of that is just wear and tear (tyres, pads, exhaust, handbrake cables maybe)...

take the discs and pads off the back. Use a bit of sand paper on them both. Bet it passes.
