Right basically my mates car is due for an mot at the end of the month but theres a few fings wrong with it like needs new tires, exhaust and battery which are all getting done this week but the two back windows dont wind up or down and you have to use your hands, would that fail an mot?? and is it easy to fix??

what you want a complete test check list?
or door wise.
the tester will do pre - mot checks before he even starts the test and this involves checking all doors open from the out side,
therefore its not a fail as such its just a refusal to test as he cant get to the rear seatbelts/doorshuts etc to check corrosion etc etc
windows dont come in to it at all
