MP3 - £100 to spend?

I've been tasked with buying one for someone who is leaving work - apart from a 1 gb nano or poss a 2 gb (if we get a bit more in the collection!)what else is a good equivalent??

you can get a 1gb nano from dixons for 99 sheets iirc

look on creative shop europe on ebay

and the apple re-furb shop on the apple site, they look as new and come with warranty.

Mate got a 20Gb Ipod colour for £60! looks brand new

other mate got a 6Gb Creative Zen mini / micro or something for £60

You can also get ipod minis for £70 brand new still - 4gb

Just bought my son a 3 gig Archos from Amazon, cost about £85 or so, cracking little thing, and you don't have to ar*e about with the apple software, just drag and drop !

indeed i wouldnt buy an apple, hate itunes. Creative will be my next purchase. I got an ipod mini cheap about a year ago so have put up with it.

if you hate itunes just get a diff program. i use anapod, you can just drag and drop. Have to pay tho, but im sure if you look in the right places you can sort a better deal out.......
