Ms Word Mail Merges

Car  Mito Sportiva 135
Doing a mail merge and having a problem.

The data fields in the merges when you go to print, are showing silly formatted data, e.g. 10 decimal places, not percentages etc - even if the data in the Excel file it is reading from looks ok, is rounded to 2dp as intended etc.

I even copied all the data and pasted the values only over the tables again.

Yet the mail merges still don't look right!

Any ideas? This is driving me nuts!!!

Thanks!

I had a similar issue but it was with date I think. On the document itself I think you can right click on the <<word>> for mail merge and there is properties. You can specify the type in there like you can in excel (number, date format etc).
