Multiple monitor/tv question

I've currently got my computer hooked up to my monitor with a HDMI cable. However, I use another HDMI cable from my TV to watch movies and play some games.

Only problem is my GFX card only has one HDMI port. Is there sort of splitter I can buy so I don't have to change the cables over everytime I want to switch?
